Allegheny Valley Trails Association (AVTA)

Allegheny Valley Trails Association (AVTA) is an all volunteer, non-profit organization whose mission is the acquisition of abandoned railways in the Allegheny River watershed and their rehabilitation into multipurpose, non-motorized recreational trails. These including the Allegheny River Trail, part of a nearly continuously paved trail stretching from Oil City, PA to Emlenton, PA.
